We are also just 3 minutes walk from the Brighton seafront, 10 minutes from the Royal Pavilion and old town, 15 minutes from the Dome Conference and Concert Hall and 20 minutes walk along the seafront from the Brighton Conference, Entertainment and Exhibition Centre.

Bedrooms are fully appointed to Tourist Board Grade 3 Diamonds (offers a good level of quality and comfort). No bedrooms are higher than 2nd. floor with some on the ground floor. There are toilets on all floors. Keys are provided, and access allowed to rooms all day without any restriction whatsoever. All our rooms include
